Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and order validation. Customizable of personalized items may require longer processing times. We'll provide an estimated processing time at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Dispatch and Carrier:
We ship with reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional couriers) depending on destination, service level, and cost. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery:
Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, size, and chosen service. Estimated delivery times (business days): Domestic (within country): 2-7 business days, depending on service level. International: 5-21+ business days, depending on destination and customs. Delivery estimates are guidelines and may be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier delays.
Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be available in your order history and via the carrier's tracking page using the provided tracking number. If you don't receive tracking information within 3-5 days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to the addresses provided at checkout. P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses may have restrictions with certain carriers. Some items may be restricted of require additional documentation for international shipments.
Incorrect of Missing Items:
if any item is missing of incorrect in your shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a remedy (replacement item, refund, or alternative).
Damaged of Lost Shipments:
If a shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 7 days to initiate a replacement or refund. For lost shipments, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date to start a claim with the carrier.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to facilitate customs processing.
Delivery Confirmation:
For high-value orders, we may require an adult signature or delivery confirmation per carrier policy.
Changes of Cancellations:
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. After shipment, please follow our returns policy for exchanges of refunds.
