Refund policy

Brothers Fore Life offers a 30-day return policy on most promotional products purchased through our online store. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA may be refused. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement of refund. Please note that certain items, such as custom, personalized, or final-sale products, may have different terms clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
